USAID USAID/Jordan's Office of Economic Growth funds and oversees the work of FRP II. Building on a partnership of more than half a century between Jordan and the United States, FRP II is an important part of USAID's work in Jordan, supporting Jordan's economic and social reform efforts to become a model for growth and prosperity in the region.
The Fiscal Reform II Project is implemented by DNG, a joint venture between DAI and Nathan Associates. As the lead firm on the joint venture, DAI is responsible for management and execution of FRP II. Nathan Associates assumes primary responsibility for implementation of FRP II’s customs and trade facilitation work.
Our local partners bring proven experience doing similar work in the past, and our American partners complement and provide greater depth to DNG’s core expertise. In Jordan, Ihtiraf Consulting, a joint venture between Najdawi Law and ABA Banking, is our major local subcontractor. Georgia State University and dTS complete the team in the US. Together, this group of subcontractors offer specialized expertise in law, information technology, government financial management information systems, change management, and fiscal policy.
